Privacy policy

Vasilii Leitman (Israel) is responsible for the personal data processed by LogoPanel. Contact: hi@logopanel.tech.

What we keep

• Account: your email, name and profile picture, the teams you belong to and your role in them.
• Your work: briefs, uploaded files, messages and the results made in your projects.
• Payments: Paddle collects your payment and billing details. We receive the purchase, its amount and tax, and the card brand, its last four digits and expiry. We never see the full card number.
• Technical data: sign-in sessions and the records needed to keep the service secure and to show your credit history.

Why

To run the service you asked for (contract), to keep payment records required by law (legal obligation) and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Paddle.com — payments, tax and invoices, as merchant of record (Paddle privacy notice).
• AI providers, such as OpenAI — to generate text and images from your briefs and messages.
• Web search providers — to research the market for your brief.
• An email provider — to send sign-in links and notifications.
• Our hosting provider — to store the service's data.

Some of them are outside your country; they process data under contracts that protect it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long

We keep account data and your work while the account exists, and delete them when you delete the account, except payment records, which we keep as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hi@logopanel.tech. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority.
