Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

LogoPanel is a service operated by Vasilii Leitman, a sole proprietor registered in Israel ("we", "us"). Contact: hi@logopanel.tech. By creating an account or using LogoPanel you agree to these terms.

2. Payments through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.

3. The service

LogoPanel helps you design logos through a discussion with a panel of AI specialists and a simulated focus group. Results are produced by AI models and may contain mistakes; review them before you use them. You are responsible for checking that a logo you use does not infringe someone else's trademark.

4. Accounts and teams

You need an account to use LogoPanel. Work happens in teams; the owner of a team pays for it and decides who is a member. Keep access to your email secure: signing in works through links sent to it.

5. Credits, plans and packs

• Work is paid for in credits. Prices are listed on the Pricing page, in US dollars before tax.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each term until you turn renewal off. Credits of a plan expire at the end of the period they arrive for; pack credits expire 365 days after purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another team and are not refunded when they expire.
• Purchases are final except where the law gives a right to a refund. See the Refund policy.
• If a payment is refunded, the team moves to Free and can only view what it made until it buys a plan again. A chargeback blocks the account of the person who paid and their teams; to lift it, write to us.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload: briefs, files and messages. You give us the right to store and process it only to run the service for you. Subject to these terms and to the terms of the AI providers we use, you may use the logos and other results made in your team for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use LogoPanel to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to make content that is hateful or sexual involving minors, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep LogoPanel available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features and prices; a new price applies to existing plans from their next renewal, and we tell you before that.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Ending

You can stop using LogoPanel and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.
