A logo without its reasons is hard to judge. You can say you don't like it, but not why it was drawn that way, or what would fix it.
In LogoPanel every direction keeps the argument that produced it: who proposed it, what the critic said, and what changed after. When you disagree, you disagree with a reason, and the panel can answer it.
Decisions are written down
The moderator records what was decided and why. When you come back to a project a week later, the history is there, not in someone's memory.
